When a person is in the midst of a crisis, it’s sometimes difficult to see past the problem to a solution.
Our problems can be so huge to us that they are, in effect, insurmountable walls.
I made this video after having my vision blurred by rain. It occurred to me that this is a lot how it is with our problems.
So what is a person supposed to do when you can’t get past the “wall”.
One of the best things you can do is to find someone to see past it for you. Get a friend, colleague or mentor to help you.
With really serious issues, you might need to pay a professional to help.
If it’s personal, there are counselors in churches and in private and government you can see to help you.
In business, you can hire a personal coach or expert to get you past the rough spots.
We get too caught up in our own issues sometimes to see past it.
I’ve also found that meditation is helpful. By just relaxing your mind and letting it work without the stress, solutions can come.
One of my favorite meditation techniques is the Silva Method. I highly recommend it.
At any rate, remember that your problems are usually not as big as they seem to you. You are bigger than your problems.
